Our 60 minute classes are for women of all fitness levels, and are led and structured by group certified instructors. You’ll get a full body workout with options for intensity depending on what your body needs that day.

    Wake up and get your endorphin fix for the day! We combine compound and full body weight exercises with functional fitness equipment including free weights, loop bands, resistance tubes, slam balls, kettle bells, boxes, battle ropes and more to give you the best start to your morning!

  • Mom flock boot camp

    mom flock boot camp

    Lead by example with littles in tow or no littles at all - all ages welcome! Get a full body interval-based workout with cardio combined with a variety of strength training sets. This class is where we set YOUR foundation, providing options to build up your fitness or push you out of your comfort level. All fitness levels welcome including prenatal upon signed physician’s waiver, provided by Flock Fitness.

    Each class keeps your body guessing with a variety of body weight, free weight, resistance tube, loop band and station exercises.

  • Track FLock Fitness

    Track Workouts

    Come join our top notch run trainers to get your speed work in to reach those running goals! Year round workouts alternate between bridge, garage, and track workouts. Various race distance specific training sessions take place at different seasons.

  • Zen

    Mat-based, shoe-free class designed with yoga inspired stretches & core toning exercises to strengthen your core foundation and relax your muscles through gentle stretching. Our Zen classes are designed to challenge your most inner core muscles (transverse abdominals) and support your pelvic core neuromuscular system, borrowing from Pilates, Barre, and Yoga styles.

    Strength

    Group training experience designed to take your performance to the next level. Classes are organized by muscle group and movement and focus on heavier lifting and equipment use. The ever changing programming allows for continual growth and prevents plateau.
